Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State has appointed one commissioner, three Special Advisers, and 1,000 political office holders to help pilot the affairs of the state.
In a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan said
Aiyedatiwa has approved the appointment of one Commissioner, three Special Advisers, 90 Senior Special Assistants and 910 Special Assistants.
According to him, Erelu Taibat Yemi Oloruntoba from Akoko North-West Local Government has been nominated as Commissioner for Special Duties and her name forwarded to the State House of Assembly for screening and confirmation.
The three Special Advisers, he said, included Hon. Abimbola Fajolu (Ileoluji-Okeigbo LG), Special Adviser, Environment; Chief Ade Adeniyi (Ondo West LG), Special Adviser, Rural and Community Development and Mr. Muyiwa Ogunyemi (Akoko North-East LG), Special Adviser, Transport.
Some of the 90 Senior Special Assistants included Toyin Ogungbure, SSA Women Mobilisation, Bidemi Obayangbon, SSA Forestry, Gboluge Olufunmi Alex, SSA Community Engagement (South) and Hon. Akin Adeniyi, SSA Community Engagement (Central).
